class scanpy.tl.DptResult(pseudotime, groups, order, order_indices)

Bases: NamedTuple

Outputs of dpt().

Each is None if not computed: pseudotime needs a root cell, the others need n_branchings > 0.

Attributes

groups	The subgroup id ('0', '1', …) of each cell.
order	The position of each cell in the ordering by segments and pseudotime.
order_indices	The cell indices in that ordering.
pseudotime	The pseudotime of each cell, i.e. the DPT distance to the root cell.
